night run

my wife asked me to buy meat..in my my mind why not im run to shop and bact to back and continue running till meet the target 1 hr.finally i did..

check out for shift boer

this is checklist:

buy pellets;confirm with nizam
buy napier grass: kg jawa
buy medicine : kg jawa
buy rain gutter: temerloh

plan to shift either fri 26/12/08 or 27/12/08

able to run for 1hr 30 min

manage to run 90 min this morning, start at 6.34 and finish 8.05 am.i think i should able to maintain this longest run.relax,playing with kid and now start thinking about my life.

ran in the rain

yesterday ran in the rain about 47 min =8km++.a mustlong run this weekend.need new shoes???
