penang half marathon
very(10x) bad my time this around. manage to clocked 3hr 13 min, the first ever worse my half marathon timing.i know why...no training at all..just manage to do short run about 20-30 minutes per session.buck up training.................................................

weapon: adistar ride
timing: 1 hr 48 min( slightly improve 2 min)
this time route quite challenging due to 50% hilly. first 5 km able to run without stop, first pit stop, walk 1 min and pace with reza.hilly, i must train and train to conquer hill next time.....

first objective to sustain pace as long as can. anyhow fail to concoquer hill @ skjc damansara. however the timing a little improve compared to last year run.now must do LSD for upcoming 15k and half marathon SCKL.

50 min run
able to run 50 min surrounding my house.knee still pain but what is important now is focus...focus on training. need new gadget? still review some shoes and polar heart beat rate..next taget should run 1 hr..preparing for any half marathon.need to improve my timing at least able to run 2hrs without stop.
